Today’s #OolaChallenge is to evaluate your current relationships, and disengage from a negative one.
Evaluate your relationships and adjust your boundaries or set a boundary with a negative person or influence in your life. This could mean unfriending a toxic person from Facebook, asking for and standing up for a change you need within a relationship, or ending negative texts from controlling or manipulative people in your life. When you set a boundary in a negative relationship, you make more room for the positive relationships in your life.
